When I was 12 years old, I read the Bible to learn about being a good person. But then I found a part where it said that God took someone's life without saying why. I asked my Bible teacher, "If we're not supposed to kill people, how could God do it?"

The teacher said, "God is different from humans. He's all-powerful, all-knowing, everywhere at once, and always good. When he makes a decision, we have to trust that he knows what's best, even if we don't understand it."
